French is not the kind of language so many students want to keep up with in secondary school, to some students, its hard. To others well, why french, after all its just for learning sake. "i wont be needing it after school." 

This is one person who passed through the four walls of a secondary school also thinking the way you did or the way you are thinking now but then, after all these years as come to appreciate her French teacher for giving her something that has been a plus in her musical career. Alor, la voila! the impact of learning more, instead of just being content with what you know.
