Islamophobia - Arab Stopped from Flight for Speaking Arabic

A Muslim man was stopped from flying in the US because he spoke Arabic on the plane he was supposed to fly on, this is just another one in a thousand of its kind, Khairuldeen Makhzoomi, a college senior of a University of California Berkeley was unfairly escorted from the plane by an Arabic speaking member of the staff on the 9^th of April, he was supposed to fly from Los Angelis to Oakland but was reported to the flight attendants by the woman who sat beside him.

The man whose flight took off while he was kept for questioning said he had used the term inshaAllah while speaking to his uncle as he was excited about a speech he had just attended by UN secretary general Ban Ki Moon.

Since the presidential campaign began in the US, there has been an anti-Muslim-ism as a result of many terrorist attacks in the states carried out by Islamic extremists. As a young Muslim in the US Makhzoomi said that he and his family have been through a lot in the US and the plane incident was just one of many, humanity and dignity he said are the most valuable things in life not money adding that if the airline apologies it might teach them to treat people equally. The young man was able to get flight after the FBI confirmed that he could go home free getting home eight hours after his flight was scheduled to arrive.
