Nigerian Twitter Trends #BuyMadeInNigeria

Nigerian twitter is known to trend all kinds of issues, some controversial, some quite annoying, some nothing to write home about, some to be thrown into the thrash can. 

Whichever way it goes, these issues trend on twitter and they set agenda for Nigerians who use any of the popular social media, because these trends get there too.

You can imagine a trend like #VicOWinningGrammy... Won't you say: What the hell is the problem of these social media users? Maybe the Senate should have put a clause on what should trend.

Anyway, today's trend is Ben Bruce's self-produced and written national anthem. A national anthem he does not respect himself - Buy Made In Nigeria.

It was a trend some time ago and has now come back in full force. Am guessing, Nigerians are seeing the need to export rather than import the finished products of the resources we have, and stop buying things as demeaning as Made In China Pencils.
