Charles Okocha is back with the studio work of the shine anthem he did on his Instagram page some time ago. 

It would be recalled that he posted a video crying that he wants to shine - remember the word 'crying'.

It means he must have been frustrated, and until he tells us what the problem is, different negative meanings would be attached to it, especially as he has now done the studio version of the song.
