Association of DJs Bans Terry G’s Music For Slapping DJ Jimmy Jatt's Protege
Terry G's music has been banned by the association of DJs, after he slapped DJ Jimmy Jatt’s protege, DJ Phreez at a Comedy Show over the weekend.
The Akpako master has however apologized to the Jimmy Jatt and Nigerian DJs for his inappropriate behaviour at the event.
In his statement which he posted on his Instagram page, he made it clear that he would never intentionally try to ruin a colleague’s event and apologized for his behaviour.
His apology came as the DJ Association of Nigeria (DJAN) have called for an embargo on his music, which means none of his songs will be played in events, lounges, bars, radios and every other spot where a DJ spins.
The secretary of the association, DJ Dessert Storm also said Terry G had been given several verbal warnings in recent times for his behaviour.
