Two of the world's most expensive players were in a personal race before the Portugal Vs Wales Semi-final Euro 16 match, but Ronaldo has outshone Bale, as an outstanding Wales have been kicked out of the competition.

Portugal won the games scoring two goals and Wales scoring nothing. Ronaldo's performance before now has been questioned, but his performance showed it really mattered to book a final spot with Germany or France on Sunday.
