Malia Obama Shares Her Birthday With The Nation 

One of the daughters of the president of the United States shares her birthday with the nation, and this year it's a huge one as she turns 18. She came into the spotlight at 10 years old in 2008 when her father, then Sen. Barack Obama, was elected president.

 Last month, Malia graduated from Sidwell Friends School in Washington with the president and first lady cheering her on.

She is expected to attend Harvard in 2017 after taking a gap year.
