Happy Birthday Wole Soyinka 

Born Akinwande Oluwole "Wole" Babatunde Soyinka on the 13th of July 1934, Wole Soyinka is an author and activist. He has over sixty novels, poems, drama, essays, movies, short stories and memoirs to his credit. Soyinka was the first African laureate and was described as the one "who in a wide cultural perspective and with poetic overtones fashions the drama of existence",  when he won the Nobel Prize for Literature in 1986. Wole Soyinka is an icon in the Nigerian creative industry.
