Arsenal To Make Record Breaking Offer For This Football Star

Wolfsburg Sporting Director, Klaus Allofs, has highlighted Arsenal's renewed interest in Julian Draxler. 

It would be recalled that Arsenal attempted to sign Draxler from Schalke in January 2014, but were unable to agree a fee with the club.

Draxler has now moved to Wolfsburg and Arsenal are desperate to fit up their forward this season, where Jamie Vardy's signing has been thwarted.

Danny Welbeck is out until January or later due to a knee injury, while Olivier Giroud's agent hints that his client might move on to Napoli.

Allofs, who failed to keep De Bruyne and Ivan Perisic last summer, fears that Arsenal have been linked with Ricardo Rodriguez and would come running for Draxler again.

Draxler's contract with Wolfsburg ends 2020, but there are reports that £55 million would be the only amount that would be considered for the Germany international.
