Real Cause Of Prince’s Death Revealed 

It was confirmed on Thursday, by law enforcement officials that prince died of an opioid overdose. News sites have speculated about Prince's alleged drug use around the time of his death on April 21st.

At the time of his death, the Medical Examiner's Office stated that an autopsy on the artist was inconclusive, waiting until the toxicology report came in. Investigators reported in late April that Prince had been in possession of prescription painkillers, the Drug Enforcement Agency and U.S. Attorney joined the investigation in May.

It would be recalled that Prince had been unconscious at the time he was rushed in, and at that point many reports stated that he was either suffering dehydration or fighting flu but It was later discovered that first res-ponders administered a shot of Narcan which suggests opioid overdoses. 

Prince was reportedly struggling with an addiction to pain pills and though friends attempted to get him help from an addiction specialist, who runs a treatment centre, the doctor was said to have sent his son, Andrew, to Paisley Park to meet with the artist, but he arrived too late. He was the one who called 911.
