The world should stand still today and examine the plight of the African child, as it is widely known that African children are the worst treated.

Not only is the girl-African-child treated like an outcast, there are still incidents of African children treated on the basis of some beliefs that should have been extinct by now.

The government is not the sole problem behind the difficulties of the African child, as families also engage in activities that further elaborate the problems of the African child.
