Cheers To Ali Baba As He Celebrates Plus One

The Nigerian king of Comedy, Atunyota Alleluya Akporobomerere, popularly known as Ali Baba, hits a plus one today.

He was born in Warri, Delta state, June 24, 1965 to the family of Agbarha Otor, Ughelli North Local Government Area. 

He is the first son amongst girls. His father is a retired soldier that served in Lagos.

He began his professional career with corporate events, appearing on television shows with Patrick Doyle, Charly Boy and Danladi Bako. 

He has also appeared on radio shows with Bisi Olatilo, Sani Irabor and Mani Onumonmu.

Ali Baba in the midst of nothing, carved a niche for himself as a comedian for both corporate and non-corporate events. And in no time, he became the  preferred Master of Ceremony at events. 

He has since been a supporter and mentor to several comedians helping to ensure that standards are maintained and professionalism encouraged. 

He has been a professional stand up comedian for the many years and has received several awards since then.
