e Engage yourself in a daily face washing
routine, morning and night. Wash your face with a smooth face cleanser or a
facial soap and avoid scrubbing too hard with rough wash clothes or loofahs to

If you have a dry skin, keep away from toners that contain alcohol and
get one that suits your skin, you might as well skip this step altogether.
Toners make the skin firm and tightens it as it wipes off the germs.
Don’t forget to moisturize your skin as it will help to regulate the
moisture balance of your skin. And just like the toner, always go for a
moisturizer that suits your body type.
Ladies shouldn’t forget to take off their make-ups before going to bed,
it’s usually very hard to do this especially when one is tired but, you can get
a make-up removal oil/cream or add a bit of cotton pad to water and wipe your
face gently.

exfoliating. Use a facial mask or just a pure cleanser also avoid using the facial
mask too much, just once a week is fine

spots, pimples will cause blemishes or even leave a scar if picked, they are

so keep your hands away from your face and you are on a smooth journey to a
perfect skin.

Ladies should throw old make-ups away, if you
are carrying six months old make-ups in your bag, it’s like carrying bacteria
about. Make ups get spoiled after acquiring bacteria so, it’s safe to change
your make-ups after up to six months of use and if they aren’t so old, make
sure to keep them clean so they don’t acquire bacteria in time.

Drink a lot of water, at least 6 to 8 cups of
water a day. Ladies can take as much as nine cups of
water a day while guys, well thirteen cups can never be too much. Replace all those sugary drinks with water.
Eat healthy, work out regularly and you will
notice how good looking your skin becomes, eat more of vegetable, protein and
grains, avoid taking in too much carbohydrate and eat lots of nuts, they
contain healthy fat. Do whatever exercise you can, sweat as much as possible
and keep fit.
