Wearing shoes is as important as wearing a new dress or carrying a new bag/purse, heels give a sort class to your dress up. It flatters the leg and makes it look longer and slimmer, It’s just beautiful.

These are three ways in which you can comfortably wear heels especially if you are a fresher.

  1. Start with a more stable design, like a wedge or chunky heel. Your weight will have more shoe to be distributed across, making you less likely to shake.

  2. Generally, walk heel first to give yourself a solid step that supports you and makes you look confident.

  3. On stairs, walk toe first when going up in case you miss a step, you’ll have an easier time catching yourself. When going down, plant your whole foot firmly before taking the next step.

If you’re just starting with heels, look for ones that aren’t too high and that have ankle straps to offer more support. It’ll keep you stable.
