This is as funny as it can get but not unusual. There's been media reports that a man ended up in the hospital when he was bitten on the penis by a redback spider while using the toilet.

The redback spider is closely related to the black widow spider and spews a deadly poisonous venom when it bites. death by the bite is however unusual since an anti-venom was developed for it in the 50s. The event which occurred in south Sydney’s was said to have involved the 21year old man while using the toilet on a building site.
