Like Michael Jackson, Prince Was a Jehovah's Witness

Picture a man as weird looking as Prince clutching a copy of the bible, some Watchtower and Awake magazines and knocking on doors preaching about salvation and the need to turn to God. Some people didn't have to picture it as the late Prince was actually a practicing Jehovah's Witness and was an active publisher, as those who takes to door-to-door preaching are called.

Many will consider it an irony that a man who rose to fame singing some of the raunchiest lyrics known to man, including the sound of Kim Basinger moaning and groaning in sex induced ecstasy, later became so religious. Prince in an interview with Daily Mirror was quoted to have said "people, especially young people, don't have enough God in their lives". Curiously however, when asked about Michael Jackson, he was said to have quickly moved away from the topic simply saying "next  question." Michael Jackson himself was a Jehovah's Witness but was rumoured to have been excommunicated at some point.
