Five Totally Wrong Foods We Thought Helped In Weight Loss
A lot of people get frustrated when they go on diets and do exercises, eat healthy just to gain that perfect body yet it doesn’t happen, even worse when they think it’s all going on well and all of a sudden they are back to square one well. We must know that not every food that looks healthy and is prescribed as healthy is actually healthy especially when they come packaged in tins and plastic bottles. So let’s take a quick look at 5 of those foods we think are healthy but are not!
Artificial sweeteners are the top on this list. Almost everyone on a diet doesn’t want excess sugar so at the point when we make our fruit juice at home instead of normal sugar we go for artificial sweeteners why?! They give the colour, the taste and even add some nice smell but these things are processed chemicals that our body cannot digest, so they just store as fat.
Number two here is Soya milk. Well, Soya milk is healthy but, there is a difference between Soya milk in a can or plastic bottle and that which is processed at home, cans and bottles people…..! their contents must be preserved. It’s an obvious impossibility to store an ordinary Soya milk with no preservatives it will get spoiled so, these companies add chemicals to the Soya milk they ship them to us and we consume chemicals that cannot digest and so we have more sugar meaning more fat.
Now margarine hmm... for those us who wouldn’t eat butter cos it contains fat, this is likely one of the most unnatural ways to acquire fat! Margarines are mostly from industrial oil plants, meaning they are not natural and increases the risk of death by 34% and don’t forget our chemical preservatives that won’t digest.
Orange juice also contains preservatives. Naturally people, we all know how long a fruit lasts in the house, so having fruit juice like Orange juice in a supermarket that stays for months without getting spoiled is kind of wow! first we have the preservatives then the colouring and lastly we have to deal with sugar. Preservatives plus sugar equals fat.
Wheat bread ho! Now this is something else, we get to be told how healthy wheat bread is to our body, but we aren’t told how the wheats come, these wheats used in making wheat bread are lab products they are grown with chemicals in the lab, harvested in the lab and after the bread has been made, the preservatives come into the picture again. More fat.
We have a whole lot that we can do to keep healthy and stay in shape but first we’ve got to identify the wrongs in the so many right things to do.
